When a fungal bomb explodes, it releases a cloud of modified spores in a 20-foot-radius spread. This is a disease effect. Creatures in this area must succeed at a Fortitude save or be sickened for 1 day. If a sickened creature spends Resolve to recover Stamina Points, it can attempt this saving throw again, ending the sickened condition on a success.
